Mama's turn
You think mama Alex is gonna stand for papa Dan having had the only ever finger squeeze by a Sax Sonenberglet? Not on your life. Up in the wheelchair, and right back to the source – sir Levi, he of the unencumbered fingers. Levi, by the way – the one w/ the blood flow issues inside – is doing absolutely fine, while each of his brothers are now wrestling with some so-far seemingly minor issues. As we’re discovering, life in the NICU changes not by the day, but by the hour, but we’re bouncing along. I’ll continue to update, and one day convince mom to grab the mic – really I will.

Even though you can barely see Alex’s face through the glass (plastic?), her smile says a thousand words. Beautiful photo.

I guess it’s plastic. You may have gleaned by now that Alex is a far more private person than I am – that’s why I tend to show up in pics more than Alex. She’s has strict veto power over any image that contains her likeness, and exercises it frequently.
