Seems like old times…

Yeah, this is old school...

Yeah, this is old school...

Satch was looking woozy but alert post-op. We visited him and he seemed the better for it. The nurse is very happy with his color and his general disposition. Even Big Bird stopped by to see him (the doctor came in…stinking of gin…and proceeded to lie on the table. Not really – but it paints a pretty picture). Alex and I see a shower in our very near future…

Congrats to EVERYONE having survived what must have been a harrowing day of anxiety and worry!! Many, many thanks for taking the time with your weary body to keep us all updated.
If, God forbid, you have another “unique” day of multiple postings, any chance you could tag a time of day to your update for us to orient to the relative part of 24 hours you refer to? You two are on the line of duty round the clock and I pray there is a rest factor built in there somewhere (tho’ I can’t imagine where it would be ).
Take care and we’re all praying for you five!!!!

Glad to hear that things are looking up, still keeping you in our thoughts.

Karen, if you use the RSS feed (linked in the right hand side), it gives you times.

    Thanks Karen, Carol and Josh.

I have tried in vain to be able to show times with the posts. It just doesn’t seem to be possible w/ this wordpress blog. I have many choices of date format, but no option to include the time. Any wordpressers out there want to correct me?

Scary how quickly things can happen with such little ones but SO glad Satch is recovering and still takes a cute picture even after surgery!

Wow, I’m so glad he’s doing well. Rest up, little man. Your brothers are waiting for you.

Thanks Elana and Eve. Yeah – it was a scary day to say the least. We’re feeling much better now, though. Reports as of 12 midnight, 12-28, are that Satch is continuing to recover well.

Go Satch. You did not need your appendix. Good call on that one. Now rest up. And know that your uncle Mike is so with you on the hairstyle. Very hard to achieve that perfect buzz.

    Re: WordPress date time

Not an avid user, but from what I can find, it looks like it is just on the Option Administration panel. Right there on the General sub-panel, you set the options. Or you have to build the date/time configuration into your theme (something like ” .” ” up in the same part of the theme that is calling the date)

Check out codex.wikipedia.com…. in your spare time 😉

Or just send people to the RSS feed on the right 🙂

Glad to hear that everything is still getting better for Lil’ S
